Ans:- The shopman showed Gip, the magic train that ran without steam, clockwork, and a box of soldiers that all came alive when one said a magic word.

(d) What was the cause of the narrator's amazement?
Ans:- The narrator was amazed because the shopman swept the soldiers back again, shut the lid, and waved the box in the air. And there it was, in brown paper, tied up and with Gip's full name and address on the paper.

Suppose you see a strange object displayed on the window of a shop. You go in and ask the shopkeeper about the object. Write a paragraph within sixty words on what you learn about this strange object using the following hints:

Ans:- Once I went to a nearby market to purchase something. There I saw a shop. There were some brushes, a wheellike object, sticks, etc on the window of the shop. I was very curious to know about those objects. I asked it to the shopkeeper. the shopkeeper told me that these were percussion instruments. The instruments are played by being struck, shaken or scraped or clashed together. Some instruments are tuned and some are unturned. These instruments are played by the stick or brush which showed on the window of the shops.

Ans:- I live in a small house. I have two wishes in my mind. I want to make a small garden on the roof. Though it is a very small space but i wish to make it. I also have another wish of creating a small library for my study. I like to read books. I purchase many different kinds of books. I maintion a catalog. I keep all the books, neat clean. these two wishes that I want to fulfill.
