In this article, I share Fragrance Book Class 6 Revision Lesson Answer. I will explain all the activities of the Class 6 English Fragrance Lesson in a simple way that is understandable for you.
ACTIVITY 1
Underline the articles in the following sentences. One is done for you:
[নীচে দেওয়া বাক্যগুলির article এর তলায় দাগ দাও। তোমাদের জন্য একটি করে দেওয়া হল।]
নীচের বাক্যগুলি থেকে article গুলি খুঁজে বের করার আগে আমরা Article সম্পর্কে একটি ছোট্ট ধারণা নিয়ে নেব যাতে আমাদের Article গুলিকে চিনে নিতে সহজ হয়।
Article: Article বলতে আমরা a / an / the কে বলে থাকি। Article সাধারণত দুই প্রকারের হয়। যথা- i) Indefinite Article এবং ii) Definite Article
i) Indefinite Article: A ও An কে বলা হয় Indefinite Ariticle. এই article দুটি অনির্দিষ্ট করে বোঝানো কোনো ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর একটি বোঝানো অর্থে ব্যবহৃত হয়।"A" article এর ব্যবহারঃ যদি Word টি প্রথম Letter Consonant হয় তবে সেটির পূর্বে "a" article টি বসে। আবার Word টির প্রথম Letter যদি Vowel হয় এবং সেটির উচ্চারণ 'ওয়া' বা 'য়ু' এর মতো হয় তবে সে ক্ষেত্রেও "a" article টি ব্যবহৃত হয়।
"An" article এর ব্যবহারঃ যদি Word টির প্রথম Letter Vowel (a,e,i,o,u) হয় তবে সেটির পূর্বে "an" article টি বসে। আবার যদি কোনো শব্দের প্রথমে 'h' থাকে এবং সে অনুচ্চারিত হয় অথবা 'h' এর উচ্চারণ Vowel Sound হয় সে ক্ষেত্রেও article হিসেবে "an" ব্যবহৃত হয়।
ii) Definite Article: The কে বলা হয় Definite Article. এটি নির্দিষ্ট করে বোঝানো কোনো ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর ক্ষেত্রে Common Noun এর পূর্বে বসে।

নীচের প্রশ্নগুলি solve করার আগে আমরা Proper Noun ও Common Noun সম্পর্কে একটি ছোট্ট ধারণা নিয়ে নেব। এই দুইটি Noun এর পাঁচটি Classificition এর দুটি অংশ।
i) Proper Noun: Proper Noun এর বাংলা অর্থ হল নামবাচক বিশেষ্য পদ। অর্থাৎ যে Noun দ্বারা কোনো ব্যক্তি, বস্তু, স্থান, নদ-নদী, পাহাড়-পর্বত, প্রতিষ্ঠান, স্থাপত্য ইত্যাদির নাম বোঝানো হয় তাকে Proper Noun বা নাম বাচক বিশেষ্য বলে।
ii) Common Noun: যে Noun দ্বারা কোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রাণীর একটি কে না বুঝিয়ে সেই জাতীয় সমগ্র গোষ্ঠীকেই বোঝায়, তাকে Common Noun বলে।
এখানে আমরা Proper Noun টিকে নীল রং এবং Common Noun টিকে গোলাপী রং'এ চিহ্নিত করব।
